I had a mixed experience at this motel. On the plus side, it was clean and centrally located, which made it easy to get around. However, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the noise from outside disrupted my sleep. The staff's unprofessional behavior during check-in was disappointing, which negatively impacted my overall stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel while doing the Tour Aotearoa ride in March. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep after a long day. The hosts provided fantastic advice about the area and storage for my bike was a real bonus. However, I did notice some drawbacks with a previous visit, where the service was unprofessional and the room conditions could have been better. Overall, it's a good place for those traveling with bikes, but improvements in customer service and amenities would enhance the experience.
